Two winners. No April Foolin'. Wendy Koz and Merjmo bravely left their comments and can email me at the address left in the comment section on the blog post. I think one of my personal favorite features in this book is the "Sweaty Decision Tree". It helps you answer the question, with all sorts of boxes and factors," Should I work out, or not?". This book is not fitness Pollyanna, but real Moms dedicated to finding the blend of fitness balance and the crazy ride called motherhood.
I hope this book inspires you to make your fitness a priority and to feel great about the skin you are in. Kara a genuine hot, sweaty mama and supportive friend. Check in and let her know how you like the book here.
Holy Cow! We've won! I'm VERY excited! Thank you for the book - I really look forward to reading it (particularly since I've not managed to exercise in four days and am in dire need of motivation)!

I received the book today and thank you so much! I'm very excited to read it, and I have a great story to share. My friend was visiting with her daughter so our girls could play (they're both 3.5), and after letting the girls play for a while she needed to leave to go to the gym. It was (finally!) gorgeous weather so she said she wanted to run outside, and I suggested she leave her daughter with me so she could run from my house (and after all, her daughter did NOT want to leave!). She didn't have her gear so I loaned her some clothes, our feet are the same size so she could use my shoes, AND she inspired me to get in a quick workout with Gilad on my DVR while the girls bounced around behind me (saying "I'm exercising!") and the baby was chewing on his toys on the floor. It was so wonderful to have a friend motivate me by going out herself, and we're going to get together every week to trade off exercise while the girls play. WIN-WIN!
